Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced **HR Business Partner** to join their organization during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team and play a critical role in shaping a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready organization.
About the Role:
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders across the company to align people strategies with business goals. Your mission is to build strong leadership, enable talent development, and support a company culture that drives performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place
- Act as a coach and advisor to leaders, helping them grow in their roles and lead their teams effectively
- Strengthen labor law compliance and manage union relations with a collaborative mindset
- Drive initiatives that enhance company culture and employee experience
- Partner across HR functions (Talent, Compensation, Learning, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 2 years in a role as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Solid understanding across core HR areas: employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and organizational design
- A collaborative, business-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Global business experience is a strong plus
