Business Analyst

We are now looking for a skilled Business Analyst for an exciting consulting assignment. In this role, you will act as the operational link between business and IT, ensuring that requirements and needs are translated into efficient, sustainable solutions. With your strong communication skills, you can easily transform business demands into actionable IT deliverables.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering operational requirements on a detailed level to ensure that both existing and new applications align with the needs of the business. You will translate business requirements into IT deliverables, support development and testing when needed, and contribute to roadmap and strategy through ongoing dialogue with stakeholders. An important part of the role is documenting and logging requirements as well as functional solutions, and ensuring that business needs are translated into both functional and non-functional requirements that can be managed in the development process. You will also collaborate closely with architects to support and follow the target architecture.

To succeed in this role, you should have solid knowledge of requirements gathering and requirements management, along with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as experience working with both functional and non-functional requirements in close cooperation with development teams and architects. Knowledge of traceability is required, while experience in architectural work is meritorious but not mandatory.
