Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing team dedicated to building and maintaining the Client’s internal observability platforms, empowering development and operations teams to build, deploy, and monitor services with confidence and clarity.

What you’ll do
You will design, develop, and maintain observability solutions such as Grafana Dashboard as a Service (DaaS) and Observability as a Service (OaaS). 

Your work will involve integrating and managing tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry, operating and optimizing applications across Rancher-managed Kubernetes clusters and virtual machines.

You will automate service provisioning using Ansible and ArgoCD, maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and ensure reliable operations supporting teams.

You will also contribute to ongoing improvements, performance monitoring, and a collaborative, high-trust team culture.

What you bring

Solid experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads end to end

Proven track record with observability stacks such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD and GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or Terraform

Strong programming skills; Rust experience is a plus

Proficiency in Linux environments and system-level troubleshooting

Familiarity with OpenTelemetry is an advantage

Fluency in English and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
