Our services include providing educators and educational professionals, supporting adult education programs, and collaborating with colleges and universities. We also work closely with schools and companies to support internships, project-based work, project management, and thesis and capstone projects.

Customer & Operations Coordinator – Education & Consulting
We are now looking for a Customer & Operations Coordinator based in the United States to support our growing operations. This role is central to our organization and serves as the main point of contact for customers, schools, companies, educators, and consultants. You will manage inquiries, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative processes related to staffing, projects, and educational collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and follow up on incoming inquiries from schools, companies, and partners
• Act as the primary contact for new and existing customers
• Schedule, coordinate, and participate in meetings
• Manage requests related to educators, internships, projects, and consultants
• Coordinate assignments with educators, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and process flows
Who We’re Looking For
• Experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or operations
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in english
• A proactive, service oriented, and detail-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation
• Experience within education, consulting, staffing, or professional services is a plus
Location & Work Setup
• Based in the United States
• Remote or hybrid work setup depending on location and agreement
