Your Mission

Build business intelligence across the organization. Turn raw data into:

• Dashboards

• Analysis

• Signals

• Clear recommendations

Scope includes sales, marketing, finance, delivery, staffing, education, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards for:

  • Revenue, pipeline, and margin

  • Delivery and operations

  • Student flow and staffing

  • Marketing performance

• Connect data sources and define core metrics across the group

• Deliver weekly and monthly insight summaries:

  • Risks

  • Opportunities

  • Recommended actions

• Identify:

  • Patterns

  • Anomalies

  • Bottlenecks

  • Growth opportunities

• Collaborate with automation and revenue system roles to improve:

  • Data quality

  • Reporting logic

• Ensure business performance is fully visible, transparent, and measurable

First 90 Days

• Audit current data sources and identify reporting gaps

• Build a priority dashboard (revenue, operations, or finance)

• Define a KPI dictionary for critical metrics

• Deliver recurring insight summaries that support effective decision-making
